HVAC Service and Sales Manager

Location: NW Suburbs of Chicago - Gilberts, IL Office.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Compensation: Competitive salary + Commission + Bonuses (Earning potential $90,000+ annually).

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to both support sales consultants and close own deals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of HVAC sales consultants.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to ensure team success.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and services to assist the team in customer interactions.
• Ensure all sales activities align with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC or home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as needed.
