Job Description

Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Call Center Dispatcher/Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading sports management company, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and partners, and we need a skilled individual to help us achieve this goal.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and managing all incoming calls and inquiries from clients, partners, and other stakeholders. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and manage all incoming calls and inquiries from clients, partners, and other stakeholders

- Gather and record accurate information from callers to determine their needs and concerns

- Dispatch requests and assign tasks to appropriate team members

- Monitor and track the progress of all requests and ensure timely resolution

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and providing appropriate solutions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and inquiries

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

- Identify and escalate any urgent or complex issues to the appropriate personnel

- Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery

- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools

- Familiarity with sports management or related industries is a plus

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
