The LMS Administrator / Training Designer will play a pivotal role in coordinating training initiatives that align with organizational goals, improving overall performance while supporting compliance with regulatory standards. Accountabilities

  • Assess training needs and identify solutions for skills gaps.
  • Manage the design and development of training programs and materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
  • Design and implement engaging learning environments.
  • Oversee the LMS system and maintain training records.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and reports.
  • Support the development of employee orientation and ongoing education.
  • Conduct needs assessments for educational forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, education, or related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in developing training content.
  • Knowledge of medical and legal compliance in training.
  • Experience with instructional design and LMS.
  • Valid Driver's license.
