Job Summary The Marketing Events & Communications Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution and promotion of marketing initiatives and events that strengthen brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives. The Marketing Events & Communications Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating logistics for all events, managing timelines and vendor relationships. Examples of such events include Food Cart Fridays, PorchFest mini-music festival, holiday events, ribbon cuttings, movie nights, builder appreciation lunches and broker open house tours. This position will support content development for marketing communications including email campaigns, social media, newsletters, promotional materials, advertising and more. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for creating meaningful brand experiences. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), on-site position that will work closely with the marketing team and report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan, promote, and execute company events, managing logistics and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless execution.

• Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.

• Maintain and update multiple company websites, ensuring timely content updates, improved user experience, and accurate reporting.

• Plan, create, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn—incorporating writing, design, photography, and video.

• Design and produce a variety of in-house marketing collateral such as signage, posters, flyers, and digital graphics.

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including writing, design, segmentation, list management, and performance analysis.

• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, ad creation, and performance reporting.

• Generate regular marketing reports to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and highlight areas for improvement.

• Support the coordination and logistics of photography and video production shoots.

• Provide general support across all marketing initiatives as needed.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong marketing event experience.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and effective marketing campaigns.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.

• Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress.

• Proficiency in managing and creating content for social media platforms.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary $55,000, commensurate with experience
