Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 11a-1130p AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED IN PACKET - TIME OFF OVER 4 DAYS WILL NOT BE APPROVED - Candidates will not be considered without these at time of submission **PASS/FAIL ECG/TELE TEST AND MEDICATIONS TEST DURING ONBOARDING - ONE ATTEMPT ONLY TO PASS ** Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to assignment. We need RN s to test within 48 hrs of confirmation. 85% is the passing score, there is NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RN s prepare for the test, leveraging the Study Guide provided by the client that include tips and answers MA license required at time of submission - FLU REQUIRED (medical exemptions only) - 9a-7p - weekends and holidays required - CALL: One 24 hour weekend shift a month, Three-night calls a month (11-7), Based on the needs of the department - Current Massachusetts RN license, 2+ years recent PACU experience required, Experience working with patients on drips and ventilators, Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required. 30 minute response time on call - NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Biweekly orientation - NM to interview and offer -- Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission -- ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB -- Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last 6 MONTHS will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for 6 MONTHS to be considered
