Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Carver Federal Savings Bank, located in Manhattan, NY, with some flexibility to work remotely. The specialist will ensure the bank's adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements by conducting compliance reviews, preparing reports, implementing quality assurance initiatives, and assisting with the development and review of policies. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and understanding of Regulatory Requirements
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly across teams
• Experience or skills in Quality Assurance to evaluate and improve compliance processes
• Attention to detail and familiarity with financial regulations and policies
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
