Position: Service and Support Administrator
Pickaway County Board of Developmental Disabilities
Description: A Service & Support Administrator (SSA) is the primary point of coordination that empowers individuals through the person-centered planning process. Make an impact by supporting people in identifying opportunities and connecting them with resources to live their best lives. This may include collaborating with community affiliates, facilitating meetings, establishing budgets for services, monitoring, problem solving, and ensuring health and welfare.
Education: Bachelor's degree in DD, Social Work, or related field. Hold or ability to obtain Service and Support Administration Certification. Acceptable Criminal Background Check, Valid Ohio Driver's License.
Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required.Skills: Candidate must be able to communicate effectively, keep up with trends and laws and think innovatively. They must be organized, efficient and motivated. Candidate will be required/expected to uphold PCBDD's 4 Keys of Customer Service: Safety, Communication, Opportunity, and Partnership
*Certifications: * Hold or ability to obtain Services and Support Administrator Certification
*Compensation: * Bachelor's Degree $24.10 hourly
Master's Degree $25.78 hourly
Starting salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
