Job Description

Godot Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Title Insurance Clearance Officer to join our client's dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the proper clearance of title issues, facilitating smooth real estate transactions.

As a Clearance Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing title reports, identifying any potential issues, and working closely with clients and attorneys to facilitate the resolution of those issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and providing outstanding service to our clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in title insurance and clearance processes.
