Business Assistant

We are hiring a reliable, highly organized Business Assistant to support a US-based business owner across administrative, project management, client communication, and marketing coordination .

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with structure , and able to follow through consistently . You will work closely with Carrie and her team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely communication, and well-organized systems.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, accountability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing calendar and inbox
• Handling client communication via calls, texts, and messaging systems
• Relaying client updates and requests to internal team members
• Organizing and maintaining Google Drive
• Setting up and managing projects in Asana
• Creating and updating SOPs and internal process documentation
• Connecting with potential referral partners and clients on LinkedIn
• Outreach to potential FemCity North Orlando members and guests (LinkedIn & Facebook)
• Managing communication and content coordination for FemCity North Orlando
• Scheduling email marketing campaigns
• Scheduling blogs / Substack articles
• Following up with potential clients and referral partners
• Sending proposal emails , follow-ups, agreements, and invoices
• Sending onboarding emails to new clients
• Scheduling YouTube videos and podcast episodes
• Assisting with light video and podcast editing

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Assistant / Virtual Assistant role supporting US clients
• Excellent level of spoken and written English (9/10) and exceptional communication skills
• Recent experience working night shifts from home, and no history of jumping jobs
• Strong knowledge (8/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana or Trello or Monday.com
• Understanding of business operations, finance, or sales processes
