We are seeking an experienced Independent Recruiter based in the United States to support nationwide candidate searches across multiple industries. This is a home-based, flexible opportunity designed for self-driven recruiting professionals who excel at identifying and delivering high-quality talent.
The Independent Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and presenting strong candidates for senior-level Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Human Resources roles . Recruiters will work collaboratively with our internal team and hiring managers, earning shared commissions for successfully placed candidates.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional recruiting experience , strong candidate networks, and a proven ability to recruit at the senior or leadership level. This role offers autonomy, performance-based compensation, and the opportunity to work on diverse searches across the U.S. market.
