Overnights 11pm-7am Full Time !

Of course, if you need anything, your Director of Nursing is only a phone call away we offer 24-hour, 365-day support and on-demand clinical resources.

Responsibilities Of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)- Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
Requirements For Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
