PPC Senior Specialist (Paid social LinkedIn, Facebook & Google)

Job Title : PPC Senior Specialist (Paid Social & Search)

Employee Location : Eastern Europe, Balkans, South Africa, Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil)

TA Monroe is based in Florida USA, but since this job is remote, we are accepting applications from candidates all over the world. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to management & team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy
   1. Market/Competitor research
   2. Setting paid media goals & KPIs
   3. Creating a Full Funnel Strategy
   4. Implementing the Full Funnel Strategy
2. Campaign Building
   1. Creating & setting up paid media ad campaigns
   2. Accurately managing budget & spend
   3. Monitoring and Optimising paid media campaigns
3. Analytics: Reviewing & reporting campaign KPIs to client - weekly & monthly
4. Provide inputs on creative copy and graphical ad templates;
5. Keep pace with paid media industry trends and developments;
6. Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, results
7. Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

Qualifications:

1. Certifications: FB Blueprint Certification by Facebook related certificates and/or Google Ads related certificates & Upper Intermediate English (minimum)
2. 3+ years of experience in Paid Social (LinkedIn & Facebook) mostly about daily & weekly management of paid ads
3. 3 – 5 years B2B experience in Linkedin Ads, FB Ads and Google, GTM etc.
   Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale B2B accounts in different business verticals, specially B2B SaaS & experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
4. Proven interest in data-driven problem solving (degree in marketing, finance, engineering, economics, or relevant work experience)
5. Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools;

3. Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
